SARANG AI TECHNOLOGIES INC. ("SARANG AI", "we", "us", or "our") builds mobile applications including Roostly, Plainova, PetReady, and Label X-Ray (each an "App", together the "Apps"), and operates this website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Our approach

We build our Apps to be privacy-minded by default. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers. Where an App can work entirely on your device, it does; where an App uses encryption to keep your content private to you, we say so in that App.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide. For example, an account email, a support message, or content you choose to submit within an App.
  • Information created by using the Apps. Such as settings, preferences, and content you create — some of which may stay only on your device or be end-to-end encrypted, depending on the App.
  • Technical information. Basic diagnostic and crash information used to keep the Apps working reliably.
  • Purchase information. When you subscribe or make a purchase, the transaction is handled by the app store (Google Play or the Apple App Store). We receive confirmation of the purchase, not your full payment details.

How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Apps and this website.
  • To respond to your support requests and communicate with you.
  • To process purchases and manage subscriptions through the app stores.
  • To keep the Apps secure and to detect, prevent, or address technical issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

Third-party services

Some Apps rely on third-party services to function — for example, cloud hosting, error monitoring, push-notification delivery, or app-store billing. These providers process data only as needed to perform their service. Individual Apps may name the specific services they use in their own in-app or store privacy details.

Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide the Apps and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion of information associated with you as described below.

Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at support@sarangai.ca. You can also control notifications and certain data through your device and app settings.

Children

Our Apps are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

International users

SARANG AI TECHNOLOGIES INC. is based in Alberta, Canada. If you use our Apps from outside Canada, your information may be processed in Canada or in other countries where our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
